Had a really good time in SoCal last week. These are the front steps of Saddleback Church where Rick Warren pastors and where the summit was held. The campus was big of course but actually quite beautiful and really well-designed to encourage fellowship in every corner, cafe, and on every step of the creek that flows throughout. We actually felt everything was done very respectfully and authentically. And what worship! These were 3500 true believers who know personally "their chains are gone" and who know the AMAZING GRACE which saved them. We also had a terrific time with the Helms, Morrows, and Watts. Thanks to them for such a special time and thanks to Pastor Long and PBC for sending us...we trust that the resources stewarded on our behalf will bear Kingdom fruit.
